Hi grapllr can you try freljord targon deck star spring with regen units maybe braum and udyr that should be work.
They should make the "Ascendant rise card habe a secondary effect like "If the Sun disc is restored. Manifest a Card from emperers deck thats 8 mana or less." Similar to the Glory call effect. Im not a fan of one use cards that become bricked once used
