I think Terran is stronger than Zerg overall. I've seen many games similar to this tactic where Zerg tried hard to take Terran's bases down by sending Lurkers, Mutalisks, and Zerglings. Zerg was gaining advantage at the time. Sending wave after wave but they still couldn't capitalize. But Terran counter and send just one group of Marines and Medics, and they seal the deal easily. Marine and Medics. That's all they needed to make. Balanced army that can kill virtually anything. Moreover, Zerg also have no powerful artillery aircraft like Battle Cruisers and Carriers that can potentially turn the whole game around. Building abundance of scourges to counter that seems like a waste of resources in management. They're good units only for air to air. Nothing more. I think Protoss > Terran > Zerg
