Really loved the fade nerf, other than that it is just alright

I think cypher change doesn't do much st all because it feels so wierd I mean he is a sentinel he should be able to slow down enemy if enemy team rush in he doesn't stand a chance at all I would personally see a change in his cage . Only a positive is his ultimate.
Specifically harbour as an controller in lower elo he doesn't do much at all like his shield , let's say his shield is broken in the lower elo a lot and doesn't give much help at all unless they buff harbour by his bubble staying for as a smoke after the shield break that would be good and be balanced for harbour

i feel the fade nerf was not needed, the most in my opinion is lower prowler durarion
the time restriction for his ult is huge
I feel like that is primarily what made the character see a lack of playtime. While other things did need to be fixed, having an ultimate that is useless 60-75% of the time is pretty bad and made the character not viable.
Might as well delete fade at this point
