Something that always bothered me once I noticed it was Annie actually has a firey visual effect when she uses her ability to deal damage to units but yet they never thought to give Xerath a lightning type visual effect when a landmark pops, just the standard damage visual effect.
I would say lightning must be too difficult to animate…but then I remember Kennen exists. Level 1 champions getting all the visual effects love.
The reason why I loved the Annie set is because well, it's Noxus (my favourite region 🤣), and the storytelling is as you said, fantastic. It gives a wonderful glimpse into the world. I'd like to imagine that Ravensbloom is probably the best school in the country, and every (or most) members of the Noxian noble houses probably studied there at some point or something

Her interaction with her class mates are great, and of course Jhin's "Stay in school Annie, you'll make something of yourself yet!"
Yeah it’s a pretty good one
I think the only thing I would chance in annie is tibbers, cause you can have only 1 per game and hes kind weak to be a 6 mana generated card
The fact that Annie's VA is still the same makes her addition to LoR even better.
