  1. If you don't generate extra mana, Sett will level on turn nine. Turn eight, you'd need to generate 4 extra mana. Turn seven, you need 12 extra mana generated. You don't need coins specifically to do this though. Ramp and Trundle's Ice Pillar in Freljord, all the spell mana replenishment in P&Z, attune, and a couple other cards that generate their own mana. It's theoretically possible to drop him leveled on turn six(19 extra mana), but you'd need to go all in on P&Z's spell mana package and get really lucky with it.
    I really like Sett. If you wanna get the most out of him, you've got to be really proactive with your mana, which isn't Ionia's normal game plan. With his package specifically, coins can give that reactivity back to you in a pinch. Sett himself is a removal engine, not a win condition, so I'm looking forward to seeing who he gets paired up with.
