well, eimaj also mentioned that a big part of why this deck won is because of banning in the format
so if you're laddering with it you're less likely to succeed
Snuuuuy I have an interesting interaction for Path of Champions! If you play Aurelion Sol with his first star power: "When you play a created card, reduce the cost of allied champions everywhere by 1. When you play a champion, level them up."
This power means you can level ascended champions to level 3 without meeting their conditions. For example, if you play Azir once, kill him, then play a second copy, he'll be level 3 instantly – which you could easily be doing by turn 3 or 4.
You could possibly build a challenge around trying to get Azir Renek and Nasus to level 3 in a single match without restoring the Sun disc?

I look at rotation and i just feel upset that the focus on region identity overshadowing the characters people like means my favorite deck cant be played in a normal season now i agree some toxic pairs makes the game difficult to balance but would remaking those cards not be better than "Removing" them from the playable section of the game
Deck creator here, glad you enjoyed the deck. Sorry for not following up on why you don't negate at 33:02 – it's because you're never going to run out of huge units, but that's literally the only spell interaction you've got. The only way to lose is burn, so no need waste your only deny to protect a 10/10 when the entire deck is about to be overstatted units.

the answer to the question of is this deck viable on ladder or not is a resounding NO. No idea what kind of luck the guy in the tournament had to get 2nd with mono shurima but this arch type is trash and always has been other than that one week where a bug made it viable and every net deck retard ran it.
